I made this card for my son.  He and his wife were blessed with a son in January.  After trying to adopt for four years, we are all so happy for them (and for us !)

This is the inside of the card:

It was very fun to use lots of stamps from this…

I made this card for the Stamp TV challenge of Shabby Chic.  I am not very good with that look but I did some distressing, added lace, ribbon and cording.  And I actually like the look.    The sentiment verse is by Doodle

Thank you for your lovely comment on my cards. I'm new at stamping and I'm at awe at the beautiful cards talented people like you can make. I'll never get as good but I sure am enjoying my new hobby.

Well I think the more you create the more you'll want to create, so get that MoJo flowing, glad you are on the mend!  Thanks so much for all of the wonderful comments!  Oh you can better believe I will be double checking the trash for those tags!  Bahahaha!  I like making the tags as they seem to be little itty bitty works of art, well maybe art is too strong of a word, but I think you know what I mean.  Merry Merry!  :)

Thanks Marsha!  The eyelets were the only choice as I realized it was a "NO" layer card!  :)  I have a ton of them myself!  They do make great "snowballs" being tossed above (think juggling)  a snowman's head!  :)  Yeah, figure THAT out!  lol

Thanks for commenting on my encaustic painting card.  There are lots of tutorials on youtube.  I can't make an actual scene but I can lay down colors and swirl them around. That's really easy.
