Who would have thought such a beautiful design could come from a simple piece of wax paper.

I'm a new member of the American Sewing Guild, and this would make a wonderful thank you card to the organizers of our annual meeting. Thank you so much for the directions.

It wasn't easy to get waxed paper here in germany, but at last I got it. It seemed to be a different quality as shown in this wonderful video. But then I tried this technique on glossy paper...and here we are...a wonderful result. Thank you for the inspiration.

Hello Anne Marie,

In the UK, Lakeland sells Waxpaper, but I am wondering if your cereals are bagged in waxpaper before they are boxed, I seem to recall that they are, perhaps there would be enough in there to let you try this technique before you try too hard to find it on a roll. Good Luck Enid (Brit Ex-pat)

Can anyone tell me what I should use here in the UK? We get "greaseproof paper" which isn't the same thing. I haven't seen waxed paper here in our supermarkets. (But then i haven't been looking for it!!! ) Do TESCO do it?
