White card base- 4 1/4" X 11", scored at 5 1/2" and folded in half

Black Onyx Layer- 3 7/8" X 5 1/8"

Stenciled Layer- start at 4 1/4" X 5 1/2", after stenciling, cut down to 3 3/4" X 5"

White Strip- 1" X 3 3/4"

Scraps for scalloped borders and focal image with layers

Supplies:

Stamps- Better with You from the Made with Love StampTV Kit

Ink- GKD Blue Lagoon, Black Onyx, Applemint

Card stock- GKD White, Black Onyx

Ribbon- GKD Black Plaid

Dies- Ovals, Ovals Stackers, Inverted Ovals, Scalloped Ovals

Border was cut using the Silhouette Electronic Cutter

White pen, adhesive, DODZ, Lovely Art Screen by ClearSnap

this card is completely awesome.  i just ordered my Stamp TV Kit last night. I can't wait for it.  I wanted SO many piece parts of it ... but was resisting - until I saw the new $75 incentive stamp set ... O M G.  Yup, my stuff should be on its way any day now.  So happy.  Thanks , Gina.

Love this effect! Am heading to the cardroom to attempt it now! Have a couple of stencils on hand to practice with until my kit arrives. :-) I have used them before with texture paste and love using them. Thank you Gina for your inspiration!
