What a great technique, Gina... 'Love the simplicity and clean design you created. Several cards like this in a pretty package would make a great set of 'thank-you' notes for my sister.

Hi Gina -

Was needing some inspiration this morning so I wanted to say thank you. As I was watching your video, I thought about using an airy sponge (like a sea-wool or even an airy synthetic sponge) to give a different texture to the background. Also, something I like to do for backgrounds, is to stipple the color in. However, I think I need to obtain a foam applicator.

Thanks again for all your wonderful and exciting techniques.

I never thought about this. What a great idea. I am going to use this often. TFS.

Love, love, love this technique!!  I am heading for the craft room to do this one today.  I mail cards all over the United States and always need to put extra postage so this card will be a great one to use for future mailings.  I also see this as a wonderful technique for my scrapbook pages for a unique look.  Woo Hoo you have done it again!

Love this , my kinda technique, although I am still working on my sponging. I like it without the colouring also.
