How do you use diagonial lines on a scor pal like for a piece of card stock at 2 and 3 inches how do you turn you cardstock?

Is there a video on how to make my own envelope when Ive made my own cards? I know this question was asked, but the reply she got was how to make your envelope with a matching liner. So I was wondering if there a video on how to make your envelope for the card.
