How to Two Step Stamp Banners with Holiday Frame Fillers

Today Melanie shares how to two step stamp, fill and decorate fun custom banners with the various two step elements in her Holiday Frame Fillers set.   So celebratory for birthdays, graduation, or anytime you want to wish someone a happy day !  The banner fits perfectly across the circle opening in the coordinating Holiday Frame set if you choose one of those four layouts, but here she creates a single layer scene, complete with the “eggs” for balloons!
