How to Make A Masculine Card with Holiday Frame

Today Melanie will show you how to make a beautiful masculine design that works for Christmas or any time of year with her Holiday Frame and pine cone and tassel image from Stately Flowers 6.  The direct to stamp technique creates crisp green needles that require no coloring and a brown outline for a "no outline" look on your pine cone.  Reverse masking the pine cone into the frame’s outer panels creates depth and interest, as well as a perfectly coordinated background for your focal point. Please enjoy!

Great card!  I love to see that sometimes frustrating stamping issues happen to the best!  Thanks for keeping it real.  :)

This card is just perfect for last minute cards, but it was also a lightbulb moment for me. I suddenly realized all the stamps I could use, floral items are just the tip of the iceberg!

I Just love this card.  Now I have to make this one for Christmas too. It will also make a great birthday card for my brother.  His birthday is the 31 of December so this is perfect.   I like the fact that you all share your ideas with us.  Thank you. Merry Christmas.
