How to Create Flowers Inside & Out: Cutaway Technique

In today's video, Melanie will show you how to do a very simple cutting and stamping technique with her A Year of Flowers sets to bring your floral designs from the outside to the inside of your card for a beautiful reveal.  The sketchy floral images for all seasons in A Year of Flowers 2 will be some of the easiest in your collection to color. You can do this! Please enjoy. I hope you will subscribe to my channel.  Thank you in advance for the "likes"!

Tip: Be sure to use a heavy sealed cardstock when doing this technique if using alcohol markers to prevent bleeding through when coloring on both sides. Link for what I use and recommend in the video is below. This thick, smooth cardstock is always the perfect choice for an elegant white card base!

(Melanie says: Apologies for all the stumbles.  Too much caffeine today! )

I made a cutaway card tonight didn't have the right stamp but it still worked out pretty good my card-stock wasn't good enough to stop the markers from going through so I used coloring pencils I had a great time thank you Melanie for showing how it's done and your card is beautiful!
