Hi Gina!  Thanks for this great video!  I just ordered a set of the fine and ultra fine point Bic mark it markers from Staples and the final price was 21.00 for both.  Can't wait to get to work with them!

I have a good size collection of copics  and since viewing your video  I did purchase the BIC markers on line. Since I have the Copic Sketch markers, the ultra fine point markers will be a great addition. And I would like to add that like so many others, I have learned so much from your videos,  the challenges that Stamp TV offers and the creations of the talented members. Thank you, Gina, and Stamp TV for the inspiration you provide to all of its members.

Thank you Gina for featuring the Bic markers! I have been using them for about 5 years and love the way they flow! You may also want to try Sharpie fine tip markers! I only use the two and love that I get the Copic look without the Copic price. Because they are alcohol based, I don't worry about the bleeding and smearing. Downside being, you will need ventilation. All and all, they are great products!

I just love your tip for doing the highlighting first I have had that problem with pulling my color out into the highlighting the fine tip markers would be great for writing on the inside of the cards too, tfs!

Just another tip after reading some of the comments...  Not sure if everyone is aware that Michael's now carries Copic markers.  I had a 50% off coupon so I was able to buy the Copic Colorless Blender pen for just $3.49!!!  I called the store to see if they had received them in stock yet and the gentlemen said they did, but carry limited numbers (I guess due to the price) Anyhoo - he only had one blender pen so he was kind enough to put it on hold for me until I could get to the store.  That made my day!

What a great technique - I never would have thought to do that!  As a tip for your fans, the colors on the Bic barrels aren't quite the same as the ink, so I took a sheet of paper and wrote the out the names of all the colors with its corresponding marker - that gives me a quick reference chart of exactly what each color looks like.  Anyone interested in the Bic Markers should keep checking - that's where I bought the 36 set of regular and ultra-fine point markers on a BOGO sale - imagine 2 sets of 36 for $20! - having them sent directly to the store also saved me shipping costs.  Thanks again Gina - beautiful card; great tip!!!

Thanks for another idea using the Bic markers.  I went out and bought them after watching your video on Alcohol Markers on a Budget.  I love my Copics but the Bic markers are a very nice addition, especially since they have such a fine point.  Sure makes getting in the little places easy.
