Beautiful card. I haven't been paper crafting very long and I have a question. What are with the 3 beads or 3 drops of bubble ink, to cards? What does this represent?

I love to find unusual ideas to use on my cards.  Love the distressed newspaper.  I can't wait to use this technique on the cards for my card swap.  I am a new viewer to this site and I love the tutorials and tips.  Thank you. :)

I love and appreciate the ideas and
techniques brought to us with this venue - Stamp TV, however I do not have a
fast internet connection and since leaving YouTube for the video host I am
unable to view through VIMEO. Even with YouTube I have to start the video and
then put it on pause until it downloads fully otherwise I get stop after stop
to the point of being able to view in snippets of time and words.  WIMEO will not do this start and pause to
download, the whole thing just shuts down on me.  I would so appreciate if someone could give
me some help on how to view videos through VIMEO. I know most people live in
cities and they have the availability of streaming video but many like me live
in tiny county communities which have limited internet service and what we do
have doesn’t work so fast.
