haha Betty! His birthday is next week. So, I'll definitely show him the door if he doesn't like it! lol What are your plans for today? Are you going to be busy stamping? And thanks again for letting me borrow your idea. :D xox
hehe All done! But, not as pretty as your colours. I used very rich, bold colours because I wanted the blue and 'gold' to show through. The also used a rich cocoa colour background to contrast them. I'm happy with it. Question now is, will my bf be happy with it too? Blue is one of his favourite colour. But, not the turquoisey type. hehe
You're most welcome, Betty. I totally love, love, love looking at your gallery. You make awesome cards! You know, I think I've been to Jakarta like twice in my whole life. And everytime I go there, its a completely new experience for me. So your family get to experience life in the Far East. That sounds like super fun. I'm so adding you to my friend's list. hehe
Thanks Betty and I think kraft and red work great for Christmas. I believe the first Christmas cards I made were with the kraft paper of grocery bags years ago. I didn't have much for cardstock so I stamped with red and green on the kraft cut card bases I made and I really loved the look of them.
Good to see you too Betty, I've missed your daily appearance on Stamptv. Thank for liking my card and matching envelope. I saw your entry and fell in love with it and then had to go over to your blog to see exactly how you put your card together ... both your card and envelope are AMAZING!
I remember you talking about moving to N.M. and were there for a month or two deciding if this was the place you wanted to live, or maybe you had already decided and you were waiting for hubby to sell the house and join you. On your blog you mentioned something about some boxes that still needed unpacking, so I figured that you made the move. How do you like it there? When exactly did you make the move. Great chatting with you.
