Good Morning Gayle. Thanks so much for your comment on my challenge card. I really do like the addition of the butterflies and will probably add them again.

Hi Gayle, thanks so much for your lovely comment on my hummingbird. I was really pleased how it turned out.

The nail polish marbling I did one afternoon, gave me a few different pieces to play with, although I found it quite difficult to get anything to stick on top and had to really work to get the water background piece to stay put. As well I found that some of the polish flakes off if touched or flexed in anyway so I had to be careful of that too. Still I like how it turned out particularly as the only part of the card that I planned was the mermaid and the water piece. It always amazes me how the creative process works at times.

Thanks Gayle for your comment on my under the sea acetate card. I pulled up an old blog post of Theresa's for the coloring on the fish.

Hi Gayle, I really appreciate your lovely comments on my recent cards. I haven't had time to make many cards lately, but I'm having a ball with Tropical Tidings - you'll love it - and now the Autumn Wreath Builder. Hope you're not having any flooding where you are.

Thanks a lot Gayle. I've managed to make about 25 Christmas cards these past few weeks so am feeling less pressured now that I've made a good start. I so enjoy watching your gallery go by as I type. Did I tell you I made some nail polish marble CS? some of my polish formed a skin on the water and some literally sank to the bottom, but I got a few results that I like and my hubby was pleased to see me using the varnish he gave me. I'll have another go with it at some point but probably not until the fall now.

Thanks for your kind comments on my card.  These comments do not post to my wall so I have to visit the Mixed Gallery to see them.  I hope I have not missed thanking people.  It's such great encouragement.   I'm so glad I visited your page.  What absolutely beautiful cards.  This is where I get challenged!

thank you Gayle for your nice comments on my cards, it's been so long since I've made anything worth posting. Hope you're doing great. Take care and have a wonderful week.

I should have asked to view my card before I uploaded it to the challenge - your words Rays of Fall make for a perfect title. Maybe I'll change the title later haha. Thanks for the lovely comment.

You are the best to let me know you liked my purple flowers. I am still learning watercolor. Thank heaven it is just a card and not trying to make someone think it is art.

Well I'm sure glad you like my nautical card and my acetate one. I had a great time making the wintery one this past week but like your recent card it took time to put together. The one with the turtle I made some weeks ago but I had saved it without posting in case it could be used for a challenge. I'm glad I saved it as it is perfect for the double D one.

So pleased you like my coffee card. It took me a while to figure out the theme but once I did it was an easy card to make. Got to say that your marbling backgrounds with the nail polish are absolutely super. They are really striking.

Thanks Gayle - I had fun making this card and the girlfriend for whom it is intended loves the type of humour that the sentiment has. These are AI stamps that I've had for a while and use occasionally. I am working on another idea that will hopefully get into the challenge this month as well.

Hello Gayle, thanks for liking my card.  The embossing folder I use is by Anna Griffin called Smitten, it also has a little edge folder that came with it.
