Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

This has been such a fantastic experience being able to work with Melanie. I have so much to thank her for. First of all for this wonderful opportunity and second, because of Melanie, I have made a new friend right here in Bad Axe! Her name is Cindy and I had the priviledge to meet her about a week ago. She reads Melanie's blog faithfully and she recoginized my name because she knows my husband. Cindy, if you are reading this, I think that we are going to have a long and enjoyable relationship.

Since Melanie is showing the coasters that I made, I decided to use this set which will go in our shell bathroom.

I used an empty Prima flower bottle and added sand and some shells that I brought back from Florida. Stamped the sand dollar in Versamark and brushed with Perfect Pearls in gold, then stamped the sentiment over the top in brown. The lid is covered with a punched circle of bubbles dp and the shells layered on top. A little shimmer was added to the shells with some Twinkling H2Os. The cap needed something around it, so in came the lace, it was the perfect width.

.......................................................

The little box was made with directions from the Scor-Pal site. Layered shells on a scalloped circle punched from some shimmery light blue cs. Punched 2 holes and tied some twine. I filled it with some individual soaps.
