Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Hello Everyone

I just want to thank all you lovely ladies that commented on my previous Shabby Chic card (pieced Flowers) today I am posting another that I thought you may like to see. I have made it for a friend who wanted to swap one of her CAS cards for one of my Shabby ones, I thought this was novel so I went with it, I am waiting to receive hers now.

I applied Gesso on the cage and when dry I stamped gold and Archival ink on top.

The bird is coloured using Distress Inks, the wing is covered with glitterdust.

The flower is also my watercolour paper that I make up, I have stuck beads in the middle as I did with the butterfly.

The BG is watercolour on watercolour paper, the bird and cage has been cut with the cricut.

The flower TH Dyecut Tattered florals.

Butterfly from my stash.

Thanks for looking
