Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

I've been AWOL for a couple of weeks now, because, as you may have seen on one of my cards, I signed a two-book contract with a publisher.

(For those who don't know, I am a multi-published author of fiction and non-fiction books.  I also write magazine articles and write for websites occassionally.)

It's been a while since I had fiction published - about four years - so I needed to get my publicity schedule organised, create a new blog for my author website ( and last but not least, create a blog to complement my website.

Plus... I've just finished creating book trailers - one for each book.

Oh, and I also had to do edits for both the books.

Phew!  I'm exhausted just thinking about it.

Hopefully, now that I have most of it organised and up and running, I can get back to making a few cards.  I really miss doing that, not only because I enjoy it, but I find it very relaxing.

My brain runs at a million miles an hour, especially when I'm working on a novel as I am doing now. Mostly I write romantic suspense, but I also write contemporary romance. My non-fiction books cover a variety of subjects, but no matter what, I'm always busy.

I've just uploaded my first card since for weeks.  Feels good to be back where I feel very much at home.

Hi Vicki, thanks for commenting!

My new releases are A Winter Sabbatical (romance novella) and Running Scared (romantic suspense). I've had short stories published over the years too, including one in the debut issue of Arabella Romance Magazine, which is sadly now defunct.  It was a great mag for readers and writers alike.
