Guest Designer for A Beautiful Life - Final Week

I want to thank Melanie again for having me as Guest Designer for her awesome set, A Beautiful Life. I've so enjoyed creating with this set and I know it will be one I go back to all the time! For my final project, I stamped and colored directly onto patterned paper and colored with Copic markers. This gives a soft and textured look to the images and creates a pretty backdrop for a sentiment.

Here is the card I created:

I stamped some extra tulips from Melanie's A Year of Flowers onto the patterned paper also and colored them with Copic markers then popped them up on foam tape. I added some adhesive pearls to the corners, but otherwise kept a simple design. Some of the mats are popped up on foam tape, too, for some added dimension.

Carla, I haven't seen one of your cards with these stamps that didn't take my breath away. Your creations were stunning. Mel sure picked the best artist to showcase this set. Congratulations.

Wow, this is such a beautiful card! I really like how you can still see the background paper though the ink.
