Gina K Preview - SQUARE PEGS by Melanie Muenchinger

Hi Everyone!

It's an honor for me to be part of the Center Stage Spotlight team for the January release by Gina K Designs. I'm so happy and excited to be part of this awesome team!

Today I'm previewing for you the amazing new set, "Square Pegs", by Melanie Muenchinger. There are A LOT of images in this wonderful set and they encompass almost all of the seasons, holidays, and special occasions! The images are extremely versatile - they can be used alone, with each other, or combined with other stamp sets. I love this set!

Valentine Flowers

Stamps used: Gina K Designs "Square Pegs"
Cardstock: GKD's Pure Luxury Layering Weight White, and Heavy Base Weight Kraft, Rocket Red

Images colored with markers, and Koh'i'Noor pencils and OMS; then I went over the images with a Versamark pen and heat embossed with clear embossing powder (thanks Theresa for that tip!). I used GKD's Pure Luxury Gold-lined Organdy Ribbon and the "Bow Easy" to make my bow.

Cute Cupcake

Stamps used: GKD's "Square Pegs"
Cardstock: GKD's Pure Luxury Heavy Base Weight Kraft, Ivory, Chocolate Kiss, and Layering Weight White

I used "Liquid Applique" to create the fluffy icing on the cute cupcake. See Gina's great tutorial on StampTV.

Thanks for stopping by : )

Gorgeous cards, Betty! Love the cupcake! Now where did I put that tube of liquid applique . . . I'm going to need that when I get this set. It is just perfect for the frosting.
