Gina's challenge this time around is to make a card that reflects our favorite Autumn memory. When my children were young, there was a really awesome Pumpkin Farm to visit.
This place is called Goebbert's and it has been there for years. Their lovely property is a destination field trip for almost all of the surrounding schools. There is a rather unique feature, which I decided to try and duplicate on my card. I can't wait to send this card to my daughter and hope that she remembers the good times visiting the pumpkin farm when she was young and when she took her daughter there as well.
I still see it every time I have a dental appointment. Actually, it is
right across the street and all the patients can see it out of the
windows. Kind of funny, really. I worked for my dentist for almost 5
years and we wanted to "fix" it.
I used Theresa's Farm Life stamp set, which I colored with Copics and then I sponged the background.
Below the photo of my card is the inspiration.
