CSS Alumni Blog Hop CAS Limited Supplies

Hello! It's time for another CSS Alumni Blog Hop. This time we are having a CAS Limited Supplies challenge!

If you came here from Betty's blog, you are in the right place. If not, you will want to start back at the StampTV forum so you don't miss any of the team's creations!

Here are the requirements for our projects:

-design must bs CAS (clean & simple) with lots of white space and only one main focal point

-one image

-one sentiment

-one layer card: card base plus only one more layer

-any number of embellishments but they must all be the same color

Here is the card I made for the challenge:

I used Pure Luxury Heavy Base Weight White cardstock for my card base. I embossed the front of the card with the Cuttlebug Grace's Frame embossing folder. My main focal point and single image is the poinsettia from Melanie's A Year Of Flowers. I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored it with Copic markers. I cut it out and popped it up on Pop-Dots for my one layer. My one sentiment is from Melanie's Festive Frame set. I added three green embellishments: green Stickles in the flower center, green Prima holly leaves and green rhinestones in the corners.
