Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Hi there! It's time for our next Center Stage Alumni Blog Hop! For those that may be new to these hops, the team hosts a specially themed blog hop a couple of times a month. If you arrived here from Betty's blog, you are in the right place. If not, you may want to go back to StampTV and start from the beginning of the hop.

This time, we have have a sketch challenge, based on this fun sketch created by our own Cheri Weston:

Here is the card I made using the sketch:

I used the large and small flowers from Theresa's Aloha set and colored them with Copic markers. They are highlighted with glitter pens and I added a gem to the each of the flower centers. I made my cut-out using Classic Circle Nestabilities. The base is Pure Luxury Base Weight White. The layering CS is Pure Luxury Green Apple. The patterned paper is Basic Grey Green At Heart.

Next you'll want to hop over to Carolina's blog to see her awesome creation with the sketch!

Thanks for stopping by!

This is gorgeous! I love the way you colored the flowers. And the DP is perfect. I don't have that BG stack yet. I think you just convinced me I need it. :o)
