Hello.. its still cool and better to be indoors.. goody! more time to create some new cards. I was looking in my local craft shop and came across a MS info leaflet on making rather snazzy flowers.. .so have had a go.. and they came out well. I used my Lotus pendant to back the flower and added some smaller petals from my stash.. a cuttlebugged piece of vellum too.. I dont often use it , but it looks so neat.. will give it a go.…

I just finished making an inventory notebook of my Gina K Collection to help me select stamps and sentiments...copied the pictures of stamp sets I have from the store website... put them in alphabetical order in a notebook.
I then typed a list of sentiments by stamp set in another section of the notebook.
This really helps me find the set I need and where the stamp needs to go when I have taken it out of the set.

I made this card to honor Carolyn King's grandmother and to participate in the "Heart to Heart" card drive. I used Theresa's Farm Life set, colored with Copics. I am sending this card to the nursing home that took care of my Dad. Although my father was a stroke victim, he was on the same floor as the Alzheimer unit. There were so many people that were so patient with my Dad, and I wanted to thank them.

I just came across this site last week and have learned so much watching Gina's videos. Don't know much about blogging, so this is the first I have done. I am kind of new at card making and have a lot to learn. The cards here are so outstanding.
