I got a Cricut Original last March and I have had a fun time playing with it! The whole family has taken turns cutting with it--how fun! I have not played lately and my dear friend, Sandra, has been at me to get started up again using it and making cards, as she just got the Cricut Create and has been thoroughly enjoying hers by the looks of her many creations! Keep it up, Sandra!!!

Tutorial for Spring Cards

Go to Spring Card Tutorial

I make mine smaller (4 1/4" x 8 1/2") to fit in a standard invitation envelope. Also, I use a lighter weight double sided paper so I usually have to put a glue dot at the bottom of the triangle where it meets the bottom piece of the card.

Hope this helps!

First Blog Post.

First Blog Post. Thank you, Gina, for My Page on the Stamp TV.
I am learning new things and enjoying being here. For the first time, I spent a few hours yesterday to upload photos of my cards that I made a while ago. It was easy and exciting. I even made nice friends already. Look forward to sharing more cards with others.
Dreams come true!

Ok, I just got back from FOUR hours at the convention and it was worth going to. The favorites were there like Magenta, The Cats Pajamas and DeNami Design among others. They had tons of stuff to see and buy. Demonstrations were demo'ing on most corners showing brayer techniques, metal embossing, making glass tile bracelets after stamping your image, Flower Soft cards, Deco Art tags, and more. The prices were good to average price. The Nestabilites were regular price, but the small "day to day… Continue
