This is my entry into Aprils colourspotlight ChallengeSTVCSP21 here at stamptv.
These are colours that I have never worked with before and the first time for me to use this stamp also.
It turned out a really crisp clean card, I used distress powder to emboss the image.

Clear It Out has a challenge - quilts. I punched out 12 squares from scraps of DP, stamped a Butterfly with a stamp I bought in the dollar bin at a craft store. After zig-zagging the pieces, I still did not like the background so I added some yarn in the corners. I finally like it.Continue
I love this digi by Doodle Pantry. It is pre-colored but I added a little color to get the hues close to each other. The embossing is a Cuttlebug folder.Continue
So yesterday I went to my local scrapbooking store, and on a whim bought a 4 pk of Spellbinders (square collection). Then I proceeded to run to Jo-Ann's & call Michaels to see if they had the C-Plate I would need to cut these out with on my cuttlebug. I happened to get an embossing pad, and at first glance it seemed to be a good size, but the one I saw @ Jo-Ann's was quite larger. I feel bad for having buyer's remorse, I got the set…Continue
To Gina K,
What an inspiration you have been and I am so glad I found you. I have learnt so much in a very short period of time and you have been my escape from the maddening crowd. I so enjoyed what you did with the branching out and follow your dreams video...the whole team are just a…Continue

I'm new at card making and is having difficulty with the adhesives I’m using. I have the Glue Glider Pro. I have noticed that when Gina creates her cards and uses this glue and her tape is contiguous, mine comes out in breaks (stops & starts). I have also tried clue sticks, but then my cards seen to dry wavy.

Hello there Folks! I am so excited, because this is the very first blog I have ever typed. So, bare with me since, I really have no idea what I am doing. I've used computers for over 20 years now in many places of employment and at our public library; however, it has just been in the past 2 years that my husband and I decided to purchase a laptop, especially since our desktop was over 10 years old. The…Continue

I just wanted to say I think Samp TV is the best, here in the UK the only crafting we get is on the shopping channels.
Gina makes everything so easy to understand and so inspiring. I have only been crafting for a few weeks and thanks to stamp TV my skills are developing at great speed
City Crafters has a one year celebration. The challenge was an inspiration challenge based on this photoContinue

A card I made for STVSKSP20 featured some "crumpled circle flowers" that I had made. I received some interest in seeing how these were made, so I did a short tutorial.
I learned how to make these as a girl. Only back in the day we didn't have the new-fangled punches to make this so easy. And we didn't have those nifty scallop circle punches that make these flowers even cuter!
A full tutorial on how the Crumpled circle flowers are made can now be found…

I don't make very many wedding cards or anniversary cards but I think this would work for both. As I was putting this together, I was thinking how I would change it next time I use the digital. First thing I would do is check the size before I did the pearls and paper piecing. It ended up larger than I wanted it for my layout.
challenges for this card:…Continue
