I am starting to have more and more problems with my arms and hands due to arthritis. So I am considering getting the new eBosser which does diecutting and embossing without any cranking needed. Does…Continue

Well, I am one that in the past has not been a big fan of the clear stamps. I found them to not stamp as well as red rubber and that one had to condition them first. And, solid stamp images had a…Continue

Verna Angerhofer left a comment for DonnaVerna, thanks so much for the sweet comments on my Thanks From The Heart card. I watched Gina's video and Melanie's video using this stamp set, then just played around with it. I used Spring Parade turquoise stripe patterned paper. I used Ocean Mist ink and the row of damask stamps (not sure what it is called but it looks like damask to me) down the page. Then used the row of diamond stamps and turquoise sea ink and stamped in the middle of the damask. Then I used the row of dots stamp and black onyx ink and stamped every other row. Hope that helps. lol I'm sure you will come up with something wonderful.

Verna, thank you so much for commenting on my MIUM Such a Good Friend challenge card. I'm so glad you liked my card! :)
Clare Pearce said… Thank you for your comments Verna. The hounds tooth card was harder than it looked as it took so many attempts before I managed to line up the pattern. I was using the stampamajig as well!
Lisa Babitz said… Enjoy your guests. Hopefully the storm will pass quickly and you can get back to creating more great cards!
Barbara Brenneman said… I know what you mean about cranking the handle Verna. It took all my strength, that's for sure. Have a lovely weekend and happy card making!
Barbara Brenneman said… Verna, I was just looking through your card gallery and boy have you been busy making cards. I love all your new stamps, you have a wonderful collection of Gina's stamps to keep you busy for some time. Beautiful cards!
Barbara Brenneman said… Oh Verna, you are so sweet to leave those wonderful comments on my black, white and pop of green card. I'm so glad that you liked it. You said that you have the same Spellbinder die set. Any tips for cutting them out using the Cuttlebug. I use waxed paper and as many layers of shims as my Cuttlebug can send through, but with all the hard cranking and popping sounds, I'm afraid I might break the machine. But without doing that, the little holes won't all cut out. I'm stumped!
Julie Kae Stieber said… Your welcome Verna, and thanks for commenting on my cards this week, too. I need to spend more time looking around here and commenting, I've gotten some great inspiration this week.
