Spectrum Noir Pencils

I was wondering if there is a way to use the Spectrum Noir pencils by themselves and if so, what does one use for blending them? I did not have any blending solution, so I was wondering if the…Continue

"Thanks Cat for the nice comment on my spotlight card. I love that Gina showed a different way of using them too. I had never thought of using them as an extension to an oval or circle piece."

Verna....just out of curiosity, and I hope I'm not being nosy, but what kind of die cutting and embossing machine did you decide on, and why did you choose that one?

I'm still learning so I'm always researching which products I will get the most out of and how much versatility they provide.

I bet you're biting your nails waiting for that baby to arrive.  Congrats!

Verna, we received the most beautiful card in the happy mail today!!!!!!! You are a DEAR heart!!! You even sent us a beach-ocean themed card and it's super lovely! Great use of pointilism for the sand particles, as well as reflections in the water! To top if off, you hand colored and fussy cut / popped the different shells. When I opened your card and read your sentiment, I took it and hugged my face with it! Bruce was laughing but also loves your card. Thank you Thank you AND THANK YOU!!!! Love back at you ♥

Thanks for the compliment and yes it is a step card. I have a little die that actually cuts the whole step card for me which makes it so easy. Glad you like this one.

Thank you so very much Verna for your "awesome" comments on my Heart challenge card, I appreciate your kind words so much. I've had more fun this winter creating cards, probably because there isn't much else to do between the extreme cold weather we've had along with tons of snow.
