Me:
I live in Des Moines, Iowa and am married to a REAL Prince Charming! Ok Ok... so he doesn't own a drawbridge castle and white horse. BUT... he WAS in a white uniform when I met him... hee hee! My husband retired from the Navy after being in for 20 years. We have two beautiful children, a son... age 14 and a daughter... age 10. Though we have only been married 7. We have been together for 13 years. I started stamping as a hobby... and as a way to help minimize on buying stickers for my scrapbooks. Now...I do mostly cards and my scrapbooks are WAY behind!! LOL I work part-time for the business my father and I started 22 years ago which he just retired from. I also have my own stamping/crafting business (My Studio) where I create and teach classes. I LOVE this site and all the wonderful people who inspire me to do better. Gina K Rocks!
Today's Thoughts:
"If you ain't stampin... you ain't livin!!" *smile*

Thanks so much Tina for the nice comment on my Emerging Rose and also for the challenge you hosted.
Thanks for your comment.
Thanks Tina! I loved doing the emerging leaves technique, I had forgotten about that! These have been great challenges, bringing back all the old techniques we have long forgotten about. I am having fun, and the BEST thing about card making for me is, NO DRAWING REQUIRED! :) Have a wonderful week!
Congrats on the three years! I would love to WIN! Thanks for the chance!!!
Yeah, Tina I made it here!!! LOL Thank you so much for the blog candy. If nothing else it has helped me to explore new people, places and things. I began teaching myself to work with copics last spring. That was how I found Suzanne. The thing I love about copics is that they can give you a way of exspressing yourself, help you to put your worries and stresses of this crazy world of ours on hold and give you a chance to relax even if only for a short while. When I realized that the possibilities of these markers were almost endless I was hooked. The more I work with them, the more hungry I am to learn more. To take or attend one of Suzanne's classes was at the top of my Christmas list this year. Only to be beaten out by having ALL of my children home. Though the class didn't pan out, I must say I was truly blessed to have my youngest son return home from Afghanistan this past yr. As a result my greatest Christmas wish came true. Thank you for sharing your sight and blog with us. May you continue to enjoy sharing your talents with us all for many yrs to come.
I think I forgot to say I was ready to win some blog candy! LOL!
Congrats on the blogaversary. Love to see all your creations. And I am so grateful that it comes to my email box. I'd love to learn more about Copics. I wish Suzanne would come near our home so I could take her course. Hope you have a blast at CHA. One of these days I'm going to road trip to one of them and drool. Have a wonderful week!
