Does anyone know of a technique or blog where I can find shaker cards that do not have to be destroyed to get to the contents within the card?  I saw it once but can't remember where online it was. …Continue

The pocket is the flower pot and the top row of flowers attaches to the inside panel that slides into the pot. I used Honey mustard card stock for the pot and fresh asparagus for the trim. The pots trim is from a hand held border punch and I used…

"What a super amazing card. Love how you embossed the shirt. The hanky is a super added touch. I belong to an organization where the men where tuxedos, so I really appreciate your great inspiration and will file this idea away to CASE some time."

I wasn't expecting an immediate response but just thought asking was a good idea. Sorry you are so busy and can imagine how tired and frustrated you might be. Losing staff is always hard and the learning curve for someone new has its own challenges. Been there, done that and am glad I'm basically retired so I don't have these stresses anymore. Wish I could help you out, but I'm too far away to be of any use. Hope you manage a decent weekend though. Hugs Johanna

Thanks so much for your uplifting comment on my green foiled card. I sure enjoyed making that card. My daughter and I spent Mother's Day foiling more cards and had a blast!

Melissa, I am so glad that you like my card for the FF this week. The heart is a die that is in the new Oval Small Set From Gina K. Designs for Thermo-Web. I just love the added little dies she has added in!  <3  :) Thank you for your sweet comment!  <3

Thanks so much for the lovely comment on my Red, White and Blue Mom's Day card. With my foiling laminator on the fritz I was not sure I could use any foil until the new one arrived but I then remembered using it on sticky paper so I went with that option. It was fun to do too!

I am happy that something I wrote helped you to feel better about your day. I think that kindness is what we are supposed to do on  a daily basis but sometimes we don't get the chance or just forget. You do make beautiful cards so it is easy to be nice, however I don't say anything I don't mean, except on the odd occasion when I am angry and not thinking straight. I hope you've had a peaceful and relaxing weekend before you jump back into the fray of working life. I am so glad that my full time working days are over so I can enjoy making cards all day if I wish, and sometimes I do just that.

Hi Melissa, and thank you for you comment on my metal card. I loved how it turned out. I put the bling on to hide the hole on the bead caps. I am so glad you liked it and I appreciate it so very much. Happy Easter to you and your family.

Hi Melissa,  You do beautiful work!  I am enjoying looking at your cards while I type and any times I see a now one by you.  If you wonder if your stamp set is a kit one or was one, please ask in either the Addicts group or the Ask Forum.  Someone will know if it ever was in a kit.  There are people who have been here from the beginning.
