"HI, I have one of those shimmery pens and I just love it, I use it all of the time. It adds just the right amount of sparkle when you only want a small amount and it really adds some sophistication I think. I think everyone would want some of…"
"Ohh, yes! I love this and I know I'm going to be using this video and technique quite a bit in the next week, and then often afterwards as I have some of my own artwork that I like to use on cards, little watercolors and such, with this…"
"Pretty, I didn't think the butterfly would be easy, it looks intricate. I love the color combination, and I really want to get one of those die cuts for the journaling box for my cuttlebug! Also, the saying is a…"
"Its still quite beautiful on the heavier weight paper. I just love this look, I was lucky enough to have a friend whom sent me her cuttlebug in the mail since she has acquired other tools she wants to play with, lucky me! So thanks…"
"Gina, I have to make this one! Its elegant. Like your hands are, so pretty. Oh, what a nice ring you have there too! Back to the card, I don't have a swiss dot cuttlebug folder yet, but its next on my list, I love that, I don't know…"
"I just had to tell you Gina, I told my sister about you, and she loves your videos, and now she has told her boss and SHE is addicted to watching ALL of your videos too! Thanks! We are learning some great techniques and our cards are getting…"
"Nice and elegant, I love it. Especially the writing on the flower. I just have to get that stamp, or one like it, I've wanted one for awhile now. The whole card has meaning in that it has something extra to it, and I believe it is the textures!…"
Thank you for adding me Louella, I so enjoy meeting all of the members of Beginning Card Maker group. I've been making greeting cards for a few years, and started a blog, just never got the nerve to upload any of my cards. Hope to become more confident in this group. Happy Thursday! *smiles*
Welcome to this ever growing group. Do you think we could adopt your brother so he can bring us a present of 120 prisma pencils??? May be a bit of a journey to see me 'cause I am in Australia lol. LUCKY LUCKY YOU!!! Yu will have to upload your photos of the cards you make with them.
Thanks for your comment - I appreciate it. Sorry for the confusion - I was actually going to take that card out but left it in because it is "simple" (but not very clean). I guess I need more practice at CAS cards.
The Jessica I mentioned works for Gina K at her store in McFarland and is on the design team. When she first started at Gina's she taught classes at the store but hasn't taught any for about a year. I know that some of the other craft stores in Madison have classes, Archiver's, Scrapbook Superstore and Scrapbook and Rubber Stamping Memories.
I can't wait to see some of your work!
It was nice to meet you too! Maybe one of these days I will run into you at Gina's store.
