Good Morning! Thanks so much for checking out all of my cards. Yes, I certainly am getting a lot of mileage out of that set, I kind of love it! :) Yes, those are splatters, I use craft paint and a toothbrush, guess I must make that more clear and put in my details, so many think it's "spritzing" :) Have a wonderful day!
