I have been stamping and paper crafting since Fall of 2014. This was a new hobby for me but I am not new to creative arts and crafting. I have been a hobbyist candle maker for over 20 years and absolutely love the art and science behind it. I make jewelry, sew, crochet, and enjoy a dozen other DIY hobbies. I work full time in IT Management and find that my part time hobbies give me a good balance between work and play. I do love to keep busy and look forward to retirement when I will have more time for my hobbies, arts and crafts.
A few years ago I met a woman who made beautiful greeting cards. I asked her to make me some sympathy cards. When I used the last card, instead of asking her to make me more cards, I decided to embrace the art and make my own greeting cards. Between October and November (2014) I think I watched over 200 of Gina K’s instructional videos! And I continue to watch them. :) Gina has taught me so much about card making. Everything from the tools required to the techniques used. She also has an artistic flair that shines through each of her designs. I really like and appreciate Gina’s training style. I have learned so much and now love making cards. My other hobbies are not getting my time! This is an awesome community and I am so happy that I found Stamp TV and Gina K.
