Hi Connie, you asked how I cut the paper for my starburst design.  I actually cut the red card stock to the size I wanted, then cut different sized strips of paper that were 5 1/2" long.  Some were 2", some 1-1/2", some more like 1-1/4".  Then I just cut them diagonally across.  That gave me slightly different sized triangles to work with.  When I attached them to the back piece, I left a bit of room between, so you could see the red, and it would bring out the red in the papers.  I did have one really odd space, so I cut one of the triangles down, twice, before I got it close enough to use.

Hi Connie,  There are ways to get Gina K stamps that you can use in the challenges. One is to purchase older, retired stamps at a lower price.  Here is a link for someone selling a few right now:

I picked up a couple of sets from her and she is wonderful to work with.

Another way is for some of us that have been here a while to mail you a few images that you can cut out and color and place on a card.  Send me a note to become a friend and we can work something out.

Glad you are here ready to join in the challenge fun.  Please post the ones you are creating even if they are not GKD stamps.  We would still love to see your creations. :)

Hi Connie, I see you beautiful card! If you are entering it in a challenge you can tag it with the challenge tag as I stated on your  Help Post! :) Since they aren't Gina's stamps, then y0o0u can tag it with the challenge tag and it also will show up in the mixed gallery! If you go to the top and put your mouse over the word galleries, there will be a drop down and when you click mixed gallery you can see All cards that are up loaded here!  When we tag it will let us pull up cards from the tags. If you are using Gina k. Designs Stamps, and tag it gkd, it will show up in that gallery as well!  :)

I left a comment on the main page on tour post, here is some other things that might help!  :)

* also, when you upload, you can give your card a name. at the top I believe it says title...or name or something to that sorts.

*on the right side at the bottom of your picture it should say tag.

This is used for several reasons. all the cards go into one big gallery.... they are separated by how we tag!

*so, If you are using Only Gina K Designs Stamps. Then you can tag, gkd,

*if it is from a stamp tv kit... as in this new one, you would tag like this... gkd, gina, stvkit, madewithlove

What does all this mean? gkd - Gina K Designs gina - she illustrated the stamps, madewithlove the name of the kit

when tagging be sure all is in small letters and smushed together With the Exception of Challenge Tags as in STV16MON4 and so forth.

Also if you have cards made with say Melanie Muenchinger's Twine Time you would tag- gkd, melanie, twinetime,

Hope this is all making since... :)
