Virginia Wingo said… Oh yes, I forgot to mention your nice comments about my Snow People card. That's been so long ago I had forgotten about it until you commented on it. Thanks again.
Virginia Wingo said… Thank you so much Anna for you kind remarks on my cards (Money holder & Wedding). My granddaughter loved the card and like you said, she is keeping it tucked away to look at it every now and then. She is a new mother now, so I have another girl to send cards to. We are a family of girls, as our two girls each had two girls, who then each had two girls, and it appears the trend is continuing since our granddaughter had a girl. It is a fun shopping trip when we all get together :)
Verna Angerhofer said… Thanks Anna for all the wonderful comments you left on my cards I did of late. Sorry to hear you were not well but hopefully, you are much better now. At least you got some good creativity going with all the lovely cards you make. I love your gallery of projects. Hope your day is a good one now.
Cheryl Wright said… Anna, thanks for all your wonderful comments on my recent projects. I have to agree with you about the dementia. It's a really awful disease. My m-i-l is 82 now (or is it 83?), and going downhill fast. I urge hubby to visit often, as we don't know how long she'll be around. I go too, when I can, but between the grandkids and my illness/fatigue, my trips are unfortunately few and far between.
BTW, wanted to also say how great it is to see all your wonderful projects being uploaded. Technology is a bugger, isn't it? I love it when I finally work out how to do stuff. Slowly mastering the Silhouette - thanks for all the help, dear friend!
Lisa Babitz said… Wow, I finished typing my last note, and came back to find a bunch of great notes from you - thank you! You're right, the color on the heart looks more purple in the photo. It was an odd shade of pinkish purple to begin with, and the camera just couldn't get it right. When I tried to add more light, the background glared. Sometimes, the background looked orange. I just gave up and removed it from the pink challenge gallery after Kathleen's comment. I just forgot to change the description when I removed the tag. I really appreciate all your kind words on my cards. I love making them, but it's nice to hear all the wonderful feedback as well!
Lisa Babitz said… Anna, thanks for your note on my anniversary card. I made that for my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary, and that's our wedding picture in that little frame in the center, made with the Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio Tool. I made similar cards for my parents and parents-in-law (with their wedding pics), and they really seemed to enjoy the personalized accent.
Judy Woodland said… Anna, I thought you used the new Simple Flowers stamp set that just came out in the May release. It has lots of cute little circle flowers like the one you used. I just got it a few days ago and can't wait to use it. I think yours will be a good card to CASE for this weeks challenge.
Anyway, I thought it was funny that you didn't use that set when it looked so much like you had. Now I'm gonna go back and look at your card again.
XOXO

Thanks for commenting on my "distressed" diva! lol Oh, Melanie.....she's awesome! I went looking through EVERYTHING to see if I could find THAT card when I uploaded mine......thanks for the info! Hope you have a great weekend! :)
Joyce Erb said… Thanks for commenting on my tree tag. The tree is a silhouette cut. I don't tell what is on the back LOL
