Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

I needed a graduation card, but wasn’t sure of the young lady’s interest or chosen field. I finally settled on Up, Up and Away by the Fifth Dimension as the inspiration for the card since she’s going away to college. I stamped Framescapes Simply Spring in Dark Sage, then sponged Jelly Bean Green for the grass. I stamped one balloon from that set and wanted a smaller striped balloon so used one from Up and Away. The blue and gold balloon (B28 and B18) is colored in the colors of the collage she will be attending and the green and white balloon (G17) in the distance is colored to represent her high school. The sentiment is from Dreams (retired). I used E18 to color the frame.

Beautiful scenery card, perfect for graduation. Love how you colored the balloons in both high school and college colors. The placement of the balloons indicate moving ahead

Another beautiful card!  Now the song will go through my head.  Hope she enjoys her card, has a happy graduation and enjoys college.  Wonderful sentiment to send her on her way!
