This is so cool. Love the circles and having them overlap, and cut off on the sides. Wow, the colors are just so brilliant together, such great choices! The banner on twine is a really nice touch, also. Hey, balloon, present and cupcake, would make MY day! Pretty much any day! LOL Well done!
