Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Was excited to get in some crafty time today and managed to whip in a card for the Mix it Up Monday challenge. Used lace in the background as part of the sentiment from Quietfire Designs says 'woven into the lives of others' and wanted to use some kind of texture/weave ... and that fit right into this weeks challenge.
What do you think?? Thanks so much for peeking.

I think I love it.  The lace is beautiful and the sentiment is perfect. Nice choice of colors also.

Mathilda, what a lovely card you have created.  Very creative using lace as a textured background, wonerful idea.  Your DP choice is so cute and I like how you've used the green ribbon to mat the purple, and what can I say, that bow is gorgeous!!!
