Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

I used the largest Nestie Octagon to cut a frame and put it over a GinaK Heavy Weight card base to create a one layer card. I stamped the seahorse from Gifts from the Sea, then masked it while I sponged on Blue Denim at the bottom, gradually lightening as I moved up. Then I sponged Powder Blue from the top down. I stamped the sea grass from Under the Sea in Fresh Asparagus, stamped off and Grass Green. I colored the seahorse with Copics E35, E31, E30. I thought the sentiment from Under the Sea was perfect, since I’ll be sending this to a friend who collects seahorses and recently started water therapy for an injury. This was a fun challenge.

Love the shape and that you actually created an underwater scene for your gradient colored background.
