Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

I used glossy card stock for the emboss resist part and had a terrible time stamping because I forgot how slippery it is. I stamped everything in versamark bit by bit and then heat embossed in gold, silver, white and Christmas pine. Added the red stripes to candy cane using a copic marker. Used a combination of Distess oxides and regular distress inks to get the background colour and went with non traditional inks for something different. Moonlit Fog card stock with PP and then main panel. Offset the other panels. Added GKD ribbon to middle and put other panels on top. It still needed something so I used the GKD snowflake dies to cut out some snowflakes from silver card. It was too bright so I added some vellum die cuts on top. A touch of bling and one Christmas card more for my collection. Snowflakes look better in person than on photo. There were several sets used for the stamping and I like the striking look of the PP used.

OMG the vellum was the perfect idea to get the shine right. The Moonlit Fog works so well. Sure wish Gina would come out with more grays.

Beautiful. I really like your background and the glittery snowflakes.
