Snow Man in Blue
I did the background wash using momentos - Summer sky, Danube Blue, and Angel Pink. It was fun doing this technique. I may have to do it again. I used Gina K's Snowman. He really is cute.

SWEET!!! I am freezing cold just looking at this amazingly well done card!! (I live in Arizona, so that's quite a feat) LOL I love that little guy, and I have him, ooh, ooh!! I am not into copics as yet. I am a Distress Ink, watercolor type gal with tons of respect for your copic coloring!!! Another gorgeous card, Karen!!!
