used up paper scraps to make the rainbow background. traced a heart and used a tiny feather stamp from Hot of the Press and distress oxides to create the heart shape. heat embossed it all in clear EB. cut it out and popped it up onto background and added some bling. Made for the rainbow challenge at http://modsquadchallenge.com/rainbows/
