Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

I finally got a card done for the challenge. I embossed the Madonna and Child from Christmas Joy in GKD Detail White EP on Black Onyx, then cut with Spellbinders Petite Oval. For a frame I used a Tutti Stitched Oval – it’s not a perfect match but makes nice frame. The sentiment was also embossed with Detail White EP. I didn’t realize the h in Christmas had a little flourish in it and scraped it out with my
X-acto knife. That wasn’t too successful so I stamped and embossed it again. Finally on the third time I got a good impression and embossing. The Black Onyx mat was cut with the largest die in Matting Basics A. This gives a tiny white border on the White Heavy Base weight card base.
