Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

My Christmas cards this year have a "joy" theme. I've been trying to include the word somewhere on the outside or inside of my holiday cards. My reasoning is that I experienced such joy when the lovely Johanna gifted me some stamped santa hats last year after an off hand comment that I thought a santa hat would have been perfect on a card from last year. What a lovely surprise when I received some stamped images from Johanna Rendell. Such a lovely group of stamping friends I have made from StampTV. I feel very blessed to have you and so enjoy receiving those special cards in my mail box.
I did use GKD's diagonal stripe background stamp as well as the sentiment from Holiday Hospitality. I don't normally mass produce but I made this card in different die cut letters and either a red or green base card. Thanks Johanna for my inspiration and thanks for looking.

Oh! So that is what you meant when you told me the hats were the inspiration for your cards this year. It is super and so nicely done with that striped background. I've used that particular stamp the most of any background stamps I have and love the effects we can create with it. Great job Gayle - I just love it and will probably CASE it for next year.
