Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

This is the first bookmark I've made!
I cut a length of white card and shaped the top.
Next , I stamped and embossed the flower and then stamped and embossed the words. The words are mauve but once again I'm struggling to capture the true colours. The flower was stamped with distress ink and then I used my markers to add other tones.
I made the circles with a punch and then punched a smaller circle and put the ribbon through.
I sponged the background and the edges and it looked a little bare so I added the butterflies.
Quick and easy!

Oh soooo pretty.  Love your hydrangea and butterflys.  The sentiment is lovely and your shading adds lots of debth to this bookmark.  Very nicely done.

It looks great Julie. The embossing really pops those images off the card.  Very good layout and colored so pretty.
