Crystal Vase
For this challenge, I was inspired by 3 things in the photo...the pillow, the crystal lamp and the white space. The lamp immediately reminded me of a crystal vase, so I used Vogue Vases. Because I wanted water, I had to draw the stems from the top down. I made the shelf with 3 strips of black card stock and cut the ends at an angle. The frame is resin that I made using a mold. It's a clear piece that I colored black on the back with a Copic marker and then used silver rub 'n buff on the top of it. I used Pretty Patterns to mimic the look of the pillow, but decided it needed to be abstract art on the wall instead. I used crystal accents on the vase and liquid pearls on the willows. And then added this sweet angel to the shelf. Thank you for looking.
