Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

This did not turn out like I planned, but I guess it's okay. I used Melanie's "Stately Flowers 9" set and embossed with white embossing powder 3 times. Next I blended passionate pink, bubble gum pink and innocent pink all over the card. After inking I tried bleaching my flowers and wasn't happy with it so I decided to color in the flowers but had a hard time seeing what was what and so my flowers all look different. Lol

I think you did an amazing job on this Cindy. I love how your sponging lightens up as you reach the top right corner. Certainly adds depth. What I love, and this was my very first impression when I viewed your card, is how your use of the little iridescent sequins, and your sponging made me think I was looking at beautiful flowers through the glass of an aquarium. Your card is very intriguing and beautifully serene to look at. This is worthy of framing and placed on your desk!

I like it, too, especially your sponging. It really is a nice contrast for the colored flowers.  Why are we always our harshest looks wonderful!

I think your cards looks pretty awesome Cindy, to me the flowers looks like they have that cracked glass effect.  Again I love the way all your colours have blended together and the sequins just add that extra sparkle to it.

Beautiful card!  Even with all of your issues, you pulled it off.  Great job!

Wow, I would be happy if mine turned out like this.  Your background is so pretty.  I like the way the flowers turned out--the colors all go together so well.

Well I think it all looks great and the flowers are interesting. I love your sponging both in blending and in the colours chosen. and the bling makes the card perfect.
