Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Good Friday Everyone!

Well, we now have a gallery full of Beautiful Cards made

with all that wonderful Patterned Paper.

Thank You all that Played along in the challenge last month!

This week, I am doing something a little different for the Challenge!!!…   :)

We will get to the Winner for the Patterned Paper Challenge in a few minutes!  :)

So, The Challenge this month is to go to the side bar (or at the top where it says videos) and find a video of Gina’s, (Melanie’s or Theresa’s are under videos). That has a technique or design that you really Love. One that you find yourself doing or wanting to do more often! Watch the video and get inspired all over again… :)

No CASEing.

It has to be your original.

I just want you to share what technique you

like the most and enjoy doing!

And share the title of the video that shows how to do the style, technique, design… ect.

Then create your card!  :)

When you post your card, Please add the title of the video to the description area so others and myself can look it

up and/or watch and get inspired as well!

If you want you can add the link to the video in your description.

If you are like me and like multiple techniques,

then just list the title of the videos.

Example: I Love to make wood backgrounds and have a sky in there too. So I used the Weathered Wood and a Cloud Technique both by Gina.

There isn’t a tutorial for this challenge!

As we are using Gina’s video’s for our inspiration!

I really struggled with this challenge! LOL… I Love so very many different styles and technique… It is really hard!

I love to color with the alcohol markers

(Spectrum Noir in this case) along with the pencils.

I love the look of getting a little deeper color by adding some pencils. Then I used Versa Mark Ink to give me the tone on tone look.

Love that technique too!  :)

A few layers and a die and bling… I’m a happy girl!

LOL... Some of my favorite are in tutorials right here in our group! As in - bokah, wood, sky, layering, distress, tore paper,

sponging and splattering…  and the list goes one!

So I guess I will say I really have to many favorites!  LOL

This Video I choose is by Theresa, she is using copic markers with pencils. I love this technique! And I almost always add pencils to my marker coloring!  :) The beauty of it is you can use any alcohol marker and then go over it in any colored pencils.

Theresa's Video: Peach Tulip Card

Here is the card I created:

The supplies I used are:

WooHoo Doxie!

Congrats Dapperdoxie!

I really like watching Gina's old videos, honestly, none of it goes out of style for me, so this is a good hint to go and use the great resources provided for us here at StampTV. Thanks for hosting!

Congratulations Dapperdoxie!  I loved that card when I saw it the first time.  Can't remember if I ever commented, but I meant to.  :)

Love this challenge.  I love watching Gina's, Melanie's and Theresa's videos.  Now I will have to watch for a technique that I really like.  There are many.

Congratulations dapperdoxie!! I love your card!

Sounds like this could be a really fun challenge!

Thanks Ladies!!  And thanks Karen and Gina for my prize, I'm thrilled!!!

I commented on the other thread I found...there must be two for some reason, but yes, sounds like a fun challenge...I've seen a lot of gina's videos, but will take me a bit to figure out which is my favorite!  Sounds fun though!!  :-))

Or we don't have to choose just one!

Congratulations Dapperdoxie great job!!!

Congrats Dapperdoxie! Love your card.

Yay Dapperdoxie!!  Congrats to you!!  Enjoy your extra spending money at Gina's fabulous store!!  So happy for you!! :)

Your card is very pretty!!  :)

Jane, the accronym stands for copy and share everything - so basically you can do the technique, but make your own original design spin.
