Beautiful card, Karen! Hopefully I will find time to play along. Keep dry!
What a beautiful card. I love your color combo. Can't wait to get my kit and play with those wonderful leaves. Hope you're able to get back into your own home soon. I just can't imagine what you all are going through down there. My prayers continue for you and my other friends in Texas.
Great challenge Karen. Hope you are dry and that your home is too. Love the card.
Karen: You need to make a small correction in your third to the last line. It says August 28th and should say September 25th. I hope I can find the time to make some thing this weekend and enter it in both this challenge, as well as the one from the Release Party.
In your small print above: *You have until the last Monday of the month (August 28th. ) @ 8:00pm ct. to get your creation loaded for the Challenge.
This cannot be right, can it?
Thank You ladies! I'll change the date! It has been a long and tiring event lately with all the anxiety of the flooding and tornadoes and such! (Hugs) to you all. We are good and dry and just continuing prayers and hopefully so many people here will get some kind of normal back to their lives soon! <3

I like the leaves you popped up at the top of the card. I think this will be a fun challenge as I own a lot of fall stamps. I did order the mini-kit so that will be a fun addition.
Gorgeous card Karen! I am like you in that I love the autumn colors above all others. Your BG is great and I love those new leaves! I can't wait to get mine! It has been shipped, so it won't be long. Living in FL., I miss the change of seasons that I saw every year while living in New England. :)
Karen: Thank you for correcting the date. I have uploaded three very similar cards (I hope that they are not too similar) for the September kit challenge and for the challenge from last week's Release Party. I can see all three in both galleries and hope that you can too. When I enter STVKC#37 in the search box, it does show over 330 results from all sorts of STV Kit cards. PS: I just remembered the Autumn Leaves Thank You won't work for STVKC #37 because that set does not count as STV kit (but according to the blog of Jessica Fick, who worked for Gina at the time, it was actually Gina's very first kit), so I have changed the tag.
I am glad to hear that you all are ok. We have a cousin with a house in Orange (near the LA state line). Several years ago their house burned to the ground, then a few years ago it was flooded when a reservoir somewhere "up river" was partially drained due to the flooding threat. Now they are flooded for a second time. At the moment they are staying in Baton Rouge.
