Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

I know I am! I always love fall stamping, the rich, cozy colors really appeal to me. Plus new STV kits are always a thrill, and have been for a long time now!

I especially like:

the font on the stamp peek

the kraft ink

the paper pack

Hey Judy!

Just for future reference, to my knowledge, there have never been two STV kits for sale at the same time. You have to buy them before the next one comes out, usually after about eight weeks. Just having it in your cart does not save you one, as you know first hand.

I missed a couple of years of STV kits during a very busy time in my career, and am going back through and buying the stamp sets, which are still available. Most of the stuff in the kits is available in the store, you just have to buy full packs. I am going to try my darnedest not to miss another one. Even if I'm super busy, I can buy the kits and play with them later. Today I have been playing with my Spring Mix kit, which I bought in April of 2010, and I still love! It's not like they go bad or have an expiration date;) (Unlike that coconut milk I ruined my coffee with yesterday morning!)

Yippee! I just got my order yesterday (I was gone all day so I didn't even know till late). I need to make our Pastor and wife a 50th anniversary card so I'm going to try to incorporate these new goodies. If not I'll just have to make more cards! I am a bit worried about how small one font is but we'll see. I haven't been disappointed yet! (except when they took the last Stamp Tv kit out of my cart and said it was no longer for sale - I didn't know that could happen).  :o(  Lesson learned... Now I want more of the ink colors but they are OUT OF STOCK. Thanks to all who have worked so hard to get all of us our goodies!

Hey Carla!

As I said, lesson learned - but it won't happen again that's for sure! lol I'm really happy to have found Gina K and Stamp Tv. I have a really cool old roll top oak box for all my things from them and I'm struggling to get everything in there already! I love card making and even framed pieces - I can get lost in my own little world creating! I'll probably do as you have buying the things I want to complete my missed kit. Where are you? I'm in the mountains of AZ.

Ewwww on the coffee.  I did that not long ago with expired cream...  I couldn't figure out why my coffee tasted strange.  Then I smelled the cream... WOW, was it bad!!!!!  I figured I drank some liquid penicillin!! :)

I like your idea about buying the old STV sets.  I love the one with the clock and gumball machine, so I think I'll search back through the videos and see what came in the kit and put it all on my wish list!! :)

I agree on the sour milk products! Yuck! I just organized my Gina K/Stamp TV goodies. I was surprised at all I have already but I really want more of the ink pads. I really like them a lot. It's really time to get my mojo flowing for the Christmas cards I want to get done without feeling like I'm under the gun to get them done in time. Happy stamping and creating!

I'm in CO, Judy. In fact, Lee and I just discovered that we only live 40 miles apart, and we've planned to meet on Friday! Isn't that exciting? Why don't you come, too?

Wow! would that be fun! I started cleaning today and while putting some things in my craft room I got side tracked, sat down and made the card I needed for our pastor and his wife's 50th anniversary. Didn't use the new Stamp TV kit but had such a great time and the card turned out really pretty. I used a vintage theme in deep burgundy, rose, and some subtle fall type yellows and beige with ecru lace. Accented with some gold since it is their 50th. I'd send a pic but am not that savvy on the how to... I need to learn so I can get in on some of the contests etc. lol You girls have a great time and I DO wish I could join you.

I am anxiously waiting for mine to arrive.  I know they are busily making them in their factory, but I hope it comes quick!
