Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Hey StampTV fans! We've got brand new technique episode up on the main page and this week's technique is colored pencils and OMS/gamsol!

Today's challenge is to make card where your focal image is colored with pencils and OMS. Grab your favorite line art stamps and let's get coloring!

Post your card in the gallery using key/tag word- STVTC3.

You have until next Tuesday night at 8:00 PM to upload your challenge card. Next Wednesday, I will announce the randomly chosen winner from all who played along and that winner will receive a stamp set of their choice valued at $19.95 or less!

Here is my project for this challenge.
Have fun and thanks so much for playing!

Yes, Lee! I can't wait to touch base when you get back and I can't wait to see your coloring!

Beautiful! This is all new to me. Coloring is one of my weaknesses. I can't get OMS where I live, are there substitutes that I can get at the hardware store?
The name for OMS in the UK is Sansador and I think there are others. Hope this helps Nina.

Can't wait to try this using the right technique. Boy was I doing it all wrong. Thanks Gina! gotta get that cute dispenser bottle.
OMS stamds for Odorless Mineral Spirits. Make sure you only use an artist grade- not hardware store brands. :)

Those irises are gorgeous! I haven't tried this on Gina K cs yet, but will definitely try it now.
Thanks for making this the challenge, Gina. Your tutorial is just perfect. Anyone who looks at my page can tell this is my very favorite way to color. Here is my card for the challenge

Thanks for another great tutorial Gina!! My favorite flower is the iris and yours look so real with their stunning color and depth. The few times I have tried this technique the results were less than positive so I just gave up. Thanks to this tutorial I found out that I shouldn't have been using my watercolor pencils. I am anxious to give it another try with my Prisma pencils. :-)
