Thursday Blast From the Past Challenge - 8/26 YOUR FAV TECHNIQUE stvblastlp13

hi everyone,

Well my time as the Hostess for this challenge is at the end...I have sincerely appreciated all of your support! I have learned so much from you and leave with my notebook chocked full of tips! hope this has been the same for you ...

so for my last challenge - it's to use your  favorite Blast from the Past Challenge (or any technique Gina has provided in the tutorial bar) with a final twist !! and the twist is "to see how many different techniques you can get on your project"....

Have FUN!

I managed to use ELEVEN techniques:

Spotlighting, Piecing, button n bow, dry embossing on BG, shaving cream, piercing, faux sewing, glazed flower in image, made my own flower, flourish embellishment, and lined envelope! (and used scraps and glitter and also sponged  on BG  - but not counted LOL)

We do these different techniques without even thinking - fun to actually step back and count 'em (-:

new note: have been asked if the challenge is to beat 11 - NO - just make your card and see how many different techs you used and if you "can" add more...

Used GKD's Hope Grows by Theresa, colored with Copics V04, 12, 15 and sewing done with white pigment pen. Same Copics used on lighter flowers - they were lightened with 0 - the colorless blender.

I am really going to miss this each week - feel like I've gotten to know so many of you so much better. Will contine to pop in and admire everyone's talent - this is an incredibly talented and caring cyber family here at STV (-:

hugs to all, and thanks so much to Gina and Jess for chosing me to host this challenge (-:

Linda

reminder:

Please upload your creation to the STV gallery, using the tag stvblastlp13. You do not need to use Gina K Designs stamps to participate, although we'd love it if you did! In fact, if you use Gina K Stamps in your entry, then your name will be added to the prize drawing TWICE! Please be sure to create a new project for the challenge versus linking up something you've created before.

You have until next Wednesday, September 1st, at 8pm CST, to upload your sample. One winner will be drawn at random to win a Gina K stamp set valued at $24.95 or less!

In order to be included in the random drawing for a free GKD stamp set, please create a new card (or project) for each challenge that you participate in. Using one card for multiple challenges is not permitted.  Please read the challenge specifications carefully as only those that follow the challenge closely will be put into the drawing for the prize
