Hey StampTV fans! We've got a new episode up on the main page and it's called Adding Glitter with Stardust Pens.
This week, I challenge you to to add some glitter to your project. The rule for this challenge is that your entire focal image must be all glittered up!
I ask that you make and upload a brand new project for this challenge and if you use Gina K. Designs stamps, you get your name in the pot twice!
Post your projects in the gallery using key/tag word- STVTC27.
You have until next Tuesday night at 8:00 PM to upload your challenge projects. Next Wednesday, I will announce the randomly chosen winner from all who played along and that winner will receive a stamp set of their choice valued at $24.95 or less!
Gina - excellent on the video portion of this tutorial! The way you are zooming in is fabulous! Really get a good look see at the product! Sadly, I don't have stardust pens.. I will be sure to check out everyone else's submissions though! Beautiful finished card too! Thanks for these videos!
Gina, this is a great video! After investing in two different kinds of glitter, and coming to the conclusion that "glitter just ain't my thang" (and I did check out your glittering video), I stumbled across the Sakura pens after buying the metallics by mistake. I liked those, but when I came across the Stardust ones, I shopped every week at Mike's until I collected every color available using a 40% off coupon. I had the clear and a deep wine/burgundy one I had from years ago and loved using them. Only problem is....I can't find a BROWN one for coloring in cupcake stamps. Does anyone make a brown colored glitter pen? Below is a link to a card I made using both the glitter and metallic pens. The snowman's body is colored with the stardust silver pen and the hat/scarf are colored with stardust metallic pens.
