Card making, rubber stamping techniques and project videos for papercrafters

Hi Everyone,

and Welcome to this weeks MIUM Challenge!

With Valentines around the corner,

and lots of people showing their love for one another,

I just couldn't resist making my Grandkids a little something special... :)

So for your Challenge this week...

Show Some Love!

You have lots of choices here...

Use the Color Red, and or a Heart...

Or a stamp that has the word Love or Valentines in it.

It can be a card or a 3D project.

Let me show you what I made for the kids.

Here are the Items I used:

Stamp Sets - Half Pint Heros  -  Half Pint Heroines  By: Claire Brennan

Only You  -  By: Gina K. Designs & Unity Stamp Co.

Pure Luxury Card Stock - Grass Green, Dusty Rose & White Layering Weight

Premium Dye Ink - Powder Blue, Black Onyx, Dusty Rose, Red Hot

Pattern Paper Pack: Fishy Fiesta (His)  and Smitten & Delicate Essentials (Hers)

Twisted Twine - Bubble Gum Pink & Blue Denim

Clear Boxes, Mementos Black Ink, White Pen

All from Gina K. Design Store

Colored With Copics

On His & Hers: A Heart Stamped Image & the Words Valentines

This project uses 3 clear boxes taped together.

I didn't just load them up with candy... LOL

the middle box has a bag popcorn in it so they can watch a movie

and pop them some popcorn!  :)

Also I found this project in the Freebies section.

Just look up above the advertisement banner and

you will see the word Freebies...

Lots of great stuff there!

I will be looking forward to see what you all create!  ;)

Here is the tag you use this Week in the tag area when posting...

STV17MON6

To see the Gallery for this Challenge you can click > STV17MON6

And Now fro the Small Print:

Have your project uploaded to our gallery with the tag STV17MON no later than February 12, 2017 by 8 PM, CST for your chance to win a fantastically wonderful $20.00 gift certificate to the Gina K. Designs store!

Have fun and I hope you get a chance to get Inky and Show Some Love!  ;)  <3

Do we need link card here or on the other thread? yes or no thanks Linda

Hi Karen, I love this challenge and have uploaded a couple of pics.  It seems that I read somewhere that we can enter up to 3 cards, is that right?

I love your boxes.  They are so cute.

It doesn't say anything about only 3 cards in the MIUM Challenge!  Over in the Addicts group it says you can enter 3 cards/projects! I'll be in the gallery this evening checking out all the creations!  Thank You for playing along!  :)  <3

Hi Karen, love your clear boxes! Great way to show love to your grandkids. Fun challenge too.

What a fun challenge!  I made a card with Melanie's new Fabulous Flowers set...you can fine it HERE.

There seems to be two different sets of rules for challenges One says you can use one project for more than one challenge the other rules says you can't (this set of rules I saw on the weekly challenge tab)  Just curious as to how this all works. Thanks

You can use your card/project for more than one challenge, but if you want to enter the same challenge more than once you need to make a different card or project  for that challenge. :)

Also you can't enter a card in a challenge and then the next week go back and add that same project to a new challenge!

I just got through commenting on the entries for the week and there are SO MANY great cards! I love seeing such high participation and such fun Valentines. I really like making Valentines so there are also some great ideas to tuck away for next year!
